SOS Team: The SOS Team developed as a response to a number of homeless people turning up at the church seeking help. We try to show these vulnerable people that someone cares about them and more importantly, that God loves and values them. As part of this response, we run a shelter at The Centre which can provide short-term, emergency accommodation and are looking for additional people to assist in various ways. If interested, please contact Matt ([email protected]) or Paul ([email protected]) for info.
Christmas Day Lunch: We are looking for someone to ‘project manage’ this important outreach event when a Churches Together team produces a Christmas lunch for those left on their own on Christmas Day. If you’d like to perform this role, please let the Rector know. Also, if you’d be prepared to help with the cooking/serving, please let the office know. We need to get a team in place soon if we are to proceed with this event.
