22nd July 2018                                                  Eighth Sunday after Trinity
Welcome to Buckingham Parish Church - If you are new or just visiting do please make yourself known to one of the clergy or the welcome team – we’d love to get to know you.  There are two zones at the back of church for younger children to play whilst services take place and they are in the care of their parent/carer.   At the 5pm we have groups for children (subject to the availability of team leaders). The Tower Room is available in all services and has the service streamed in. It is a quieter place to go but children using it will need to be supervised by a parent/carer at all times. Please note that our 10am and 5pm services will be ‘live streamed’. If you don’t wish to be included, please sit at the rear of the church
or in the side aisles. All that is recorded (for viewing later) is the sermon, featuring only the preacher.

Today’s Collect
Almighty Lord and everlasting God,
we beseech you to direct sanctify and govern
           both our hearts and bodies
in the ways of your laws
            and the works of your commandments;
that through your most mighty protection, both here and ever.
we may be preserved in body and soul;
through our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
Pray through the week for:
Those who are ill.
Those who mourn, that they may be comforted by God’s presence.
