Men
We are conscious that in many environments - churches included - men can be feminized. Well here at SSP&P we want to create space where blokes can be blokes, can be real with one another and can discuss all sorts of issues in an open and transparent way in a safe environment. There is so much more we could be doing but for now we run two sorts of events: a monthly Men's Breakfast and a less frequent curry night.
We are not cavemen but just men of all ages who enjoy getting together with other men now and again! For a pint, a curry, a full English, or just a good laugh. We aren't exclusive - any bloke is welcome!
We will try and organize some sporting events and although skydiving isn't currently on the menu, cricket might well be. Watch this space for more details!
Our Regular Events
Breakfast Meetings are @ 8am in the Church on the first Saturday of the month from February to June and October to December. A Full English breakfast concludes with a lively, engaging speaker.
Details are here.
We have curry nights about once or twice a term, and we move round the curry houses of Buckingham, and we get a bit of a discount because we go as a large group.

The ability to recognize this bit of engineering may endear you to the many engineers and petrol heads in the Men's Group. Answers to the Rector!
